Egg-Free Cake

We have members on our team who are allergic to eggs, so we need to consider how we bake for our team. We modified a cake mix, but this trick would work equally well with your favourite cake recipe. To create one “egg” you need:

• 2 tbsp flour
• 2 tbsp water
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp oil Mix these ingredients together and use in place of an egg!
